Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://undergroundbuildz.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. UnderGround Buildz reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, UnderGround Buildz markets and arranges Long Distance Towing, Jump Start Service, Car Lockout Service, Suspension Repair, Engine Diagnostics. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://undergroundbuildz.com is the property of UnderGround Buildz or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. UnderGround Buildz reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://undergroundbuildz.com is provided on an "as is" basis. UnderGround Buildz makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of UnderGround Buildz arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify UnderGround Buildz from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Updates. UnderGround Buildz reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
